Free cyber security training 

Applications are now open for free cyber security training as part of a new cyber career jumpstart programme. The programme, launched by SaluteMyJob, will give Service leavers, reservists, military veterans and spouses the opportunity to gain sought-after digital qualifications and lifelong skills to help them kickstart a career in cyber security.  

On successful completion of the eight training modules and an assessment, participants will receive a professional certification as a Data Analyst. Employer partners will then offer practical work experience to allow learners to develop and apply their skills and to improve their CV, or jobs for those with the right skills and experience.  

The first intake will start training on 11 July 2022. No experience is required, just an interest in IT. Application deadline is 4 July 2022. Apply here.
